What are your brushes made of?
Our brushes are designed to last! Our filaments are a proprietary polymer blend made of polyester. The handles are made of hardwood with stainless steel inserts and ferrule using 100% epoxy glue.
What's the best way to clean Zibra brushes?

What kind of paint can I use with your brushes?
Our brushes leave an exceptionally smooth finish with all types of paint including latex, oil, chalk, mineral, milk, ceramic, and stains.
Are dealers able to buy aprons and canvas bags?
Soon! We hope to have our painting accessories available to our wholesalers in early 2021.
If a customer has an issue with a product, who should they contact?
We prefer a brush replacement be completed at the retail level. If needed, the retailer then should contact Zibra customer service @ reachus@enjoyzibra.com
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us at reachus@enjoyzibra.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do I have to order in certain quantities?
Yes, we ask that you order in quanities of 6 per sku as a dealer.
What is the minimum order amount?
We ask for a minimum order of $50 and in quanitites of 6 per sku.
Do you require a PO?
Yes, if you do not use purchase orders please assign the order to the day's date with the initials of the person placing the order. For instance: 01/01/2021ABC

How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible. Normally processing time for wholesale orders is 1 week
How much is shipping?
On orders between $50-$149 there is a $9 freight and $5 service fee. Orders $150-$249 there is a $9 freight fee. Orders over $250 will be eligible for free freight.
What is the processing time for an order before it ships?
Wholesale orders ship within a week of receiving the order.
